SEURO Trial recruitment has started!

Participants recruitment for the Effectiveness Implementation Hybrid Trials (EIH) has just started in Ireland, Belgium and Sweden!

We are looking are looking to recruit people who are aged over 65 and who have been diagnosed with two or more of the following chronic conditions: • Diabetes • chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including emphysema or chronic bronchitis, chronic asthma • heart failure • chronic heart disease (angina, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, arrhythmia)

Volunteers will participate in a six-month trial to evaluate a new digital technology to support older people living with multiple health conditions to better self-manage at home. People in the care network supporting the older person (e.g. family member, informal carer and healthcare professionals) can also participate in the trial.
