Policy Workshop - Delivering Societal and Commercial Impact in Digital Health

Dr. John Dinsmore (TCD) and Evert-Jan Hoogerwerf (AIAS) kicked off a policy workshop on 14th July 2022 discussing how EU researchers can deliver societal and commercial impact through their work during the ICCHP-AAATE 2022 conference in Lecco.

This was followed by followed by a panel discussion of top researchers including Prof. Malcolm MacLachlan (Co-Director, Assisting Living & Learning Institute, Maynooth University) Prof. Klaus Miesenberger (Vice Head, Institute for Integrated Study, Johannes Kepler University), Dr. Julie Doyle (Director, NetwellCASLA Centre, Dundalk Institute of Technology), Prof. Luc de Witte (Head, Research Group Technology for Health at the Health Innovation Centre of Expertise, The Hague University of Applied Sciences) and Prof. Christian Bühler (Chair in Rehabilitation Technology, TU Dortmund University).
