🗓 Wednesday, 28 May 2025
🕥 10:20 CET | 09:20 IST
Join the SEURO Project team for an online presentation of our initial findings on scaling European citizen-driven, transferable, and transformative digital health solutions.
The SEURO Project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 945449 and coordinated by Dr John Dinsmore, Associate Professor of Digital Health and Integrated Care at Trinity College Dublin, brings together 12 partners across five EU Member States: Ireland, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, and Austria.
The SEURO Project aims to evaluate the key factors required for any EU region to successfully implement and scale people-centred, digital, integrated health and social care solutions for the management of multiple chronic conditions.
This webinar offers an opportunity to:
-
Explore the progress and innovations made by the SEURO team.
-
Learn about the impact of the ProACT digital health platform on older adults with multimorbidity.
-
Discover the SEURO tools, designed to support healthcare organisations in implementing and transferring digital health solutions in real-world settings.
We look forward to your participation.
