As part of the ‘Digital Transformation: Irish Trailblazers’ session during the second CDPCDP Summer School, SEURO partner Dr. Julie Doyle discussed engaging older adults with multi-morbidity in digital self-management.
The CDPCDP is a collaboration between academic researchers, clinical researchers, clinicians, health service providers, and public and patient representatives (PPI), and focuses on diabetes, heart disease and stroke prevention.
